How is BodyTalk different than Reiki?
BodyTalk uses the body's innate healing ability. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves. The body is a complex series of energy systems within systems. BodyTalk not only addresses the nervous system but also all the other systems within the Body making it a completely comprehensive system. BodyTalk is a priority-based health care system where we address the "root-cause" of symptoms, thus creating balance and reestablishing lines of communication to bring about a state of harmony and repair.
BodyTalk is a comprehensive and dynamic system that can be used to address physical, mental and emotional issues.
Does my body tell secrets?
No, your innate wisdom only reveals enough information that will support your body and that you are ready to shift. Your innate wisdom knows your body’s limits.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some clients may experience significant improvement in just one session. While others may benefit from ongoing treatments. BodyTalk is cumulative, each session builds on the previous one, enhancing overall health and well-being over time. The practitioner will tailor the approach to your body’s unique needs and healing priorities.
What are the benefits of distance BodyTalk session
First of all it is the accessibility and convenience. This means no travel, flexible scheduling, and accessible when mobility is limited. As with any energy session Reduced stress and deeper relaxation — many nervous-system regulation and calmer states after sessions. Improved sleep, focus, and overall sense of balance. Emotional release and mental clarity. Often felt as a softening of heavy feelings, and a new perspective.
What does a distance BodyTalk session look like?
It is booked the same as an in person session. I set aside the same time and I will connect with you via a phone call or a video conference call.
I will also ask what your primary complaints are. When its time for your session, the approach is the same as though you are with me in person in the clinic.
What do I need to do for a distance session?
You may use a speaker or earbuds/headphones to listen. Make yourself comfortable by sitting in your favorite chair or lying down, closing your eyes and relaxing.
Really there isn’t much to see during a BodyTalk session. I may ask you to participate in hand placement or gentle tapping as this reinforces the subtle energetic tapping I am doing at a distance. I will guide you through the process.
Using my subtle senses along with my focus on your body-mind, I ask your body which areas of priority need to be addressed. This continues until your body indicates it is time to end the session.
Do I need to believe in BodyTalk or distance sessions for them to work?
You don’t need to believe in BodyTalk distance sessions for them to work. Believing in them and keeping an open mind definitely helps.
Think of your mind as a receiving station for information. If your mind is closed, resistant or highly doubtful, it will be less receptive to the energy of the session.
If you keep an open mind and acknowledge that anything is possible, after all we are constantly discovering and evolving and revising our understanding of how the world works.

Testimonial
"I am so grateful for the time I have spent with Rose. In a safe space we explore my body’s priority for healing, releasing unconscious blocks, stored memories, and traumas. Sometimes I feel the relief in my physical body, like a reduction in back pain. Other times it’s mental wellness, a relief from persistent negative thoughts. Either way BodyTalk is helping to reduce stress and relieve pain, allowing me to live a happier, healthier life."
